Park Policies
1. Space fees must be paid on the 1st of every month, Unless
other arrangements made in
Advance.
2. Speed limit 10 mph.
3. All house hold garbage goes
in dumpster. please no garbage left laying around.
5. Cigarette butts belong in trash not on ground.
6. No heavy equipment or big
rigs allowed in park.
7. Your space needs to be kept
in a neat and tidy fashion.
8. when you depart, all items need to go with you, please
let us know if you are returning.
9. During the winter months of
December - February our nightly
temperatures fall below freezing
most nights. A heated water
hose or heat trace with insulating foam are required.
Dripping of water faucets is prohibited.
